12. EXCLUDED ITEMS

Certain goods are non-returnable, including perishable items, personalised or custom products, sealed products once opened, or items not suitable for return due to hygiene or health considerations. Due to the nature of fragrance and personal care products, opened or used items cannot be returned unless defective. The Website or Returns Policy will indicate such restrictions.
